Degree with PGCE or completed B.Ed

Valid SACE registration

4+ years high school teaching experience (to Grade 12)

Minimum 2 years in SMT, HOD, or senior role

Strong curriculum leadership knowledge

Experience in school administration

Financial literacy and budget management
-
Computer literate
🎯 Core Duties

Lead the school and manage a team of ~21 staff

Oversee school operations, including statutory and organisational processes

Manage budgets and liaise with finance on fee collection

Maintain strong relationships with staff, learners, and parents

Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery in line with LEAP’s mission

Teach English
