🎯 Role Overview
As the SEO Specialist, you’ll lead a full-site SEO audit and implementation, guide keyword/content strategy, and work closely with the marketing team to optimize for growth. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our SEO direction and tracking results.
💼 Responsibilities

Conduct full technical SEO audit (Core Web Vitals, site structure, crawlability)

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy targeting employers & job seekers

Perform keyword research and optimize for high-intent terms

Audit and guide optimization across blogs & landing pages

Analyze performance via Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Build a reporting system for KPIs and action plans

Collaborate with marketing team to align SEO & content efforts
✅ Requirements

3+ years experience in SEO strategy, on-page, technical SEO, and content

Skilled in site architecture, internal linking, keyword strategy, performance optimization

Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4

Strong communicator with ability to turn data into actions

Bonus: Experience with marketplaces or job platforms
