Job Description
Key Job Objectives:

Efficiently execute POS operational activities in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain high accuracy when scanning items and collecting payments, including processing ClubCard rewards

Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times

Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to meet participation targets

Inform customers of promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction

Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and visible in-store

Execute merchandising and general housekeeping duties to company standards

Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer
