Job Description

Key Job Objectives:

  • Efficiently execute POS operational activities in a timely and accurate manner

  • Maintain high accuracy when scanning items and collecting payments, including processing ClubCard rewards

  • Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times

  • Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to meet participation targets

  • Inform customers of promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction

  • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and visible in-store

  • Execute merchandising and general housekeeping duties to company standards

  • Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer

  • Stay informed on product ranges, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively

  • Understanding of the retail/FMCG environment and merchandising/promotional principles
