Key Responsibilities
✔️ Research viral content trends across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and more
✔️ Compile weekly content ideas tailored to different clients and niches
✔️ Manage and maintain posting calendars for selected social media accounts
✔️ Assist in growing Instagram, Threads, and other platforms
✔️ Organize and support daily Reel posting
✔️ Occasionally create simple content (we’ll train you – no prior editing experience needed)
What We’re Looking For
✅ Loyal, dependable, and self-motivated personality
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
✅ Fast learner with a strong work ethic
✅ Availability to work 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
✅ iPhone required (preferably 2–3 devices for content testing/management)
✅ Experience with social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, Threads) is a big plus
✅ Willingness to grow with the team long-term and take on more responsibility
Compensation & Growth
💵 Starting Rate: $2/hour
