Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, execution, and performance for three dynamic brands across multiple international markets. This role requires creative agility, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms and regions.


Duties & Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-brand social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

  • Create and maintain long-term content calendars per brand, tailored to each country’s cultural and consumer landscape.

  • Lead quarterly and monthly content planning with internal teams and external partners.

  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform planning.

Content Management

  • Oversee end-to-end content production: briefing, approvals, scheduling, publishing.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, design standards, and local market sensitivities.

  • Collaborate with creative, design, and copy teams to ensure consistent visual and messaging quality.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships across regions.

  • Develop influencer briefs and contracts, track deliverables, and monitor ROI.

  • Build and nurture relationships with micro and macro influencers relevant to each brand and market.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor platform insights and campaign performance across regions and brands.

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Continuously test, learn, and optimise content formats and strategies for engagement and reach.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in social media management, ideally across multiple brands and markets.

  • Proven track record of team management.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-performance content and influencer campaigns.

  • Excellent understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and their regional nuances.

  • Exceptional attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks.
