Position:
Sous Chef
As Sous Chef, you will be second-in-command in the kitchen, playing a key role in delivering extraordinary meals in an extraordinary setting. You’ll help lead a talented team and ensure that every dish — from high tea to harvest-style dinners — is flawless.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the Head Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.

Ensure every dish is perfectly executed, from high tea to dinners under the stars.

Keep the kitchen running smoothly even during high-pressure services.

Mentor junior staff and help build a strong, collaborative kitchen brigade.

Oversee food preparation, stock levels, and ensure kitchen cleanliness.

Bring creativity to the menu, utilizing local ingredients and seasonal flavors.

Work across multiple services: breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner, picnics, and private dining.
