Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sport Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our sport centre, provide direct coaching to school teams, and lead the development of comprehensive player profiles across all sporting codes offered: rugby, hockey, netball, swimming, athletics, cricket, soccer, and ultimate frisbee.
This role requires a strong combination of leadership, organisational skills, and coaching expertise to deliver high-quality sports programmes, ensure smooth operations, and support the ongoing development of young athletes within the school.
Key Responsibilities

Sport Centre Management: Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the sport centre, ensuring it is properly maintained and available for use by all teams and activities.

Coaching – Prep & College Teams: Provide direct coaching for school teams across multiple sporting codes. Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions to maximise player performance.

Player Profiling & Development: Create and maintain comprehensive player profiles, tracking individual progress and providing feedback for improvement. Ensure that all players are developed holistically, both physically and mentally.
Requirements

Relevant coaching qualifications.

Proven experience in school sport programme management and coaching youth teams.

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Sound understanding of player performance analysis and youth development principles.

National Register for Sex Offenders (NSRO) compliant.

Current/Valid PDP (Professional Driver’s Permit) license.
