ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reddam House Durbanville is seeking a Sports Director to lead and manage the school’s sports programs. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Head of School and will be responsible for overseeing and growing the school’s sports activities across all school phases.
The Sports Director will play a key role in enhancing the sports culture, managing teams and sports events, and ensuring the overall success of the sports program at the school.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the sports program across different school phases.

Develop and implement strategies to grow and improve the school’s sports offerings.

Manage sports staff and collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of sports events.

Promote sports participation and excellence within the school community.
