St Mary’s DSG is seeking a Boarder House Mother who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for the development of adolescents. The successful candidate will act in loco parentis to all girls in the Boarding House and assist in their daily routine, supporting their academic, sporting, cultural, and spiritual development.

Attributes of the Successful Candidate

• Proven experience working with adolescent girls in a boarding or pastoral environment

• Understanding of the unique time demands of a boarding environment

• Supportive of the Boarding Vision at St Mary’s DSG

• Integrity, responsibility, and professionalism

• Ability to uphold the ethos and values of the School and its Christian environment

• Computer literacy and awareness of technology trends for work and teenagers

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to assist with transport of boarders
