Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a Store Manager for their TsAfrika Catering Solutions division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including stock control, ordering, receiving, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ordering & Stock Management: Administer the ordering of all meals and functions, ensuring that stock levels are managed accurately.

Receiving & Issuing Stock: Oversee the receiving of all stock from suppliers according to company procedures and ensure stock is issued in line with portion specifications.

Costing & Stock Control: Accurately calculate and monitor the costing of stock, meals, and functions on a daily basis.

Invoicing: Receive all invoices daily through My Market and ensure they are processed correctly.

Stock Takes: Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Hygiene Standards: Maintain high levels of hygiene in line with company standards.

Planning: Plan stock requirements for consecutive days to ensure availability of necessary products.

Security: Ensure the safe storage and protection of all products and equipment in the storeroom.

Customer Relations: Address customer complaints and compliments promptly, taking action where necessary.

Teamwork: Operate as part of a team, offering strong interpersonal skills and assisting with any additional duties outside your direct responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric/Grade 12 required.

Proven Costing & Stock Control/Storekeeping experience would be advantageous.

2-3 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service.
