📌 Key Responsibilities
🎓 Academic Delivery (40%)

Deliver curriculum-aligned, technology-enriched CAT & IT lessons.

Implement personalized learning and data-driven instruction.

Incorporate 21st-century teaching methods aligned with Crawford’s academic pillars.

Use innovative tech tools to enhance learning in line with digital fluency objectives.

Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to cross-curricular planning.

📝 Academic Assessment & Reporting (20%)

Track and assess learner progress via STASY and other systems.

📑 Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) with a major in CAT and/or IT

3–5 years teaching experience in high school (FET level)
