Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement appropriate instructional programs for the GET and FET phases.

Guide and encourage students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

Deliver future-focused education, motivating, inspiring, and challenging students.

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strength of character at all times.

Build and maintain partnerships with colleagues, parents, guardians, and the community.

Collaborate and communicate positively with all members of the learning community.

Be accountable for academic delivery, assessment & reporting, student behaviour management, school brand ambassadorship, administration, and health & safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
A degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B.Ed (FET) specializing in Drama or related subjects.

SACE certification and police clearance required.
-
2-5 years of teaching experience.
-
2-5 years of experience teaching Drama.
-
Proficiency in computer and digital literacy.
-
First Aid certification is advantageous.
