The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent qualification specialising in English

Be registered with SACE

Have experience teaching English Home Language to Grade 12

Be able to teach in a differentiated learning environment, including supporting learners with additional needs

Demonstrate the ability to nurture holistic development in pupils

Be a committed and professional member of a collaborative team

Have a strong command of English, both spoken and written

Be willing to participate in the school’s extra-mural programme

Be confident in using educational technology in the classroom
