Job Overview
ADvTECH is seeking a FET English Home Language teacher to plan, organise, and deliver instructional programs that inspire and challenge students while preparing them for life after graduation. Educators are expected to support academic, social, and emotional growth in a high school environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver future-focused English Home Language education

Assess and report on student performance

Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment

Act as a brand ambassador for the school

Maintain administration, health, and safety compliance

Build partnerships with colleagues, parents, and the community
Qualifications & Experience

Degree (NQF Level 7) + PGCE or B.Ed (FET) with English specialization

SACE certification & police clearance
-
2–5 years teaching experience, including specialist subject teaching

Digital literacy & First Aid certification
