About the Role:
This internship offers aspiring educators the chance to join Crawford International North Coast as a Teacher Intern in a boarding environment. Interns will receive hands-on experience in the classroom, while being supported by a coaching and mentorship program. The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow under the supervision of experienced teachers.
Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Experience: Assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and delivery under supervision.

Boarding Support: Contribute to the management of boarding activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for learners outside of school hours.

Collaboration: Work closely with fellow interns and experienced educators, contributing to team initiatives and educational projects.

Personal Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and personal growth.

Mentorship: Receive guidance from mentors to refine teaching practices and career skills.
Requirements:

Matric Certificate with relevant teaching qualifications in progress.

Currently registered for a relevant teaching degree (e.g., BEd or equivalent).

Clear criminal checks and valid SACE registration.

Police clearance certificate.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Passion for teaching and the well-being of students.

Self-motivated, innovative, and eager to learn.
