Job Purpose
Intersen Phase Educators are responsible for building upon foundational education and guiding learners toward abstract thinking and independent learning. The role requires a focus on future-focused education, where students are motivated, inspired, and challenged to succeed in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality academic instruction aligned with the school’s curriculum

Assess and report on student academic performance

Maintain effective student behaviour management strategies

Serve as a brand ambassador for the school and uphold its values

Perform administrative duties as required

Promote health and safety within the classroom and broader school community
Qualifications & Requirements

Undergraduate Degree (NQF Level 6) plus PGCE, or B.Ed in Intermediate, Intersen, or Senior Phase

SACE registered with a valid Police Clearance

2–5 years of teaching experience

Computer and digital literacy essential

First Aid certification is advantageous
