Minimum Requirements

Alignment with Ridgeway College’s vision and mission

A minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching English and History (Grades 10–12), preferably in an IEB school

Relevant degree and/or 4-year professional teaching qualification

SACE registration

Valid Child Protection Clearance Certificate

Proven ability to manage mixed-ability classes and support a range of learners

Ability to work well both independently and within a team
Key Competencies & Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with students, colleagues, and parents

Enthusiastic, assertive, and flexible attitude

Strong computer literacy
