Broadacres Academy is seeking a skilled Intermediate Phase English FAL Specialist to join its expanding Senior Preparatory phase. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, constructivist-minded educator who prioritizes curiosity-driven, activity-based learning in a team-oriented environment.
✅ Minimum Requirements

A recognised degree or 4-year professional teaching qualification

SACE registration
-
Specific expertise in Intermediate Phase English First Language

Strong computer literacy and experience with online platforms (e.g. MS Teams)

Understanding and application of 21st-century learning and constructivist pedagogy

Solid knowledge of the CAPS curriculum

Experience with:

Curriculum planning

Classroom management

Continuous assessment and reporting

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
