Role Overview
As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be the go-to expert for iStore customers needing troubleshooting, technical assistance, and software support. You will also provide training, guidance, and exceptional customer service, ensuring every client has a world-class Apple experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for customer issues.

Minimum Requirements
