Purpose of the Role
As a Telemarketing Agent, you will market and sell a wide range of Finchoice products telephonically to both new and existing customers. The role focuses on achieving business objectives while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Meet sales objectives and revenue targets

Achieve operational and quality efficiencies

Consistently meet performance standards (productivity, adherence, turnaround time, quality)

Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a brand ambassador
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Minimum 1 year sales / outbound telemarketing experience in a Contact Centre

Computer literacy (Email, Internet, MS Word & Excel)

Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
