Purpose of the Role

As a Telemarketing Agent, you will market and sell a wide range of Finchoice products telephonically to both new and existing customers. The role focuses on achieving business objectives while ensuring exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales objectives and revenue targets

  • Achieve operational and quality efficiencies

  • Consistently meet performance standards (productivity, adherence, turnaround time, quality)

  • Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a brand ambassador


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year sales / outbound telemarketing experience in a Contact Centre

  • Computer literacy (Email, Internet, MS Word & Excel)

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
