Learnership Overview:

• Tharisa Minerals is offering a three-year Artisan Development Programme in Engineering. This structured learnership aims to develop qualified artisans through hands-on training in key engineering disciplines.

Available Learnership Disciplines:

• Fitter (Reference: LNS006-F)
• Electrician (Reference: LNS006-E)
• Auto-Electrician (Reference: LNS006-AE)

Minimum Requirements:

• N2 Certificate with four subjects relevant to the trade or
• Technical Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science, and relevant trade theory
• Must be medically fit
• Must be a South African citizen

Additional Notes:

• Preference will be given to applicants from local communities/labour-sending areas
• No accommodation will be provided
