🎯 Programme Overview:
The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 2-year graduate programme designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders within the FMCG industry. Participants receive in-depth training, mentorship, and are rotated across different roles to gain holistic business exposure.
🎓 Qualification Requirements:
Chemical Engineering Track

Required Degree: BSc/BEng in Chemical Engineering

Academic Performance: Minimum 65% average

Graduation Year: Recently completed studies (3rd or 4th year)

Experience: No more than 1 year of full-time work (excluding internships/placement)

Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen
