🎯 Job Purpose
The Trainee Manager will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations, managing staff, monitoring stock levels, achieving business targets, and ensuring high-quality service standards. This role includes completing in-house training to enhance personal and professional growth.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Plan and organize medium and long-term branch activities

Monitor stock levels to ensure they meet required standards

Ensure targets are achieved to maintain business growth

Manage staff by delegating tasks and allocating resources efficiently

Identify and solve customer, staff, and equipment-related issues

Take responsibility for branch profit and loss performance

Complete in-house management training program
🧠 Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualification: Grade 12 (with Maths and English)

Desirable Qualification: Retail-related tertiary qualification

Experience: FMCG experience within a retail outlet preferred
