Job Description
A Trainee Sourcing Coordinator is someone with experience working for a clothing supplier or fashion retailer. The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, a “go-getter,” passionate about fashion, and skilled in negotiation to support our buying teams.
This role is based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities

Take effective briefs from Buyers.

Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, both local and international.

Manage and meet strict deadlines.

Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure required standards are met.

Collaborate with Buying and Quality teams to deliver fashionable products.
Qualifications & Experience

Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Clothing Technology).

Work experience related to clothing supply or fashion retail.

Strong organisational skills.

Knowledge of product supply and manufacturing processes.
