Job Description
Pepkor Speciality is offering an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join the Training and Development team as part of a 12-month internship. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and training administration within a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications

BTech/Advanced Diploma in:

Human Resource Management

Office Administration

Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification is essential

Must have completed and graduated with the relevant qualification

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English)

MS Office proficiency required (Google Suite is advantageous)
