Key Responsibilities

• Lead as part of the school management team

• Coordinate academic and timetabling programs

• Conduct parent interviews and address parental needs

• Implement and maintain the Code of Conduct

• Coordinate and manage events

• Oversee marketing, public relations, and advertising

• Manage student discipline and develop student leadership

• Coordinate outreach programs

• Manage school finances and control

• Drive innovation, research, development, and implementation of initiatives

• Provide academic leadership and guidance

• Manage projects

Requirements

• Recognised Degree and/or 4-year post-matric Teaching Qualification

• Minimum 5 years teaching and management experience in a similar environment
