An exciting opportunity has become available for a high-caliber Code 14 Driver to join the team. This role will be based at our contract and involves driving ultra-heavy vehicles in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification.

Code EC driver’s license with a valid PrDP.

A minimum of 3 years of experience driving ultra-heavy vehicles.
-
At least 3 years of experience driving a Superlink/Interlink/combination.
-
Prepared to work weekends and public holidays.
-
Knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
-
Familiarity with reporting procedures for emergencies and defects.
-
Proficient in vehicle inspections and operating a fire extinguisher.
-
Ability to maximize vehicle cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
-
Skills in vehicle loading and offloading techniques.
-
Own reliable transport to and from work.
-
Clean criminal record.
-
Medically fit.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare the vehicle for trips and operate ultra-heavy duty vehicles.

Load, transport, and offload goods safely.
-
Handle required documentation and perform ancillary duties.
-
Follow all other reasonable instructions from your Supervisor.

Be prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-
Maintain a safe driving record and clean criminal record.
-
Ensure proper housekeeping of vehicles, uniform, and PPE.

Adhere to and promote SOPs and safety procedures.

Successfully complete the following:

Medical evaluation

USCS training modules

Induction processes
-
Practical driving evaluation
