Overview
This structured, work-based learnership programme aims to provide unemployed youth with commercial acumen and practical merchandising skills to support sales, customer service, order taking, and merchandising execution across various retail outlets.
Reporting To: Account Developer
Key Duties & Responsibilities
In-Store Execution & Merchandising Excellence:

Execute daily call schedules to assigned outlets (bronze and tin tier).

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, product visibility, and quality.

Ensure compliance with RED and iRED survey execution standards.

Support customers with order placements via MyCCBA platform.

Assist with in-store promotional activities.
-
Provide relief support when necessary, as directed by the manager.
Interaction Level

Sales Team: Collaborate on daily execution and share knowledge.

Account Developer: Receive training, feedback, and guidance.

Consumers: Understand consumer behaviours to inform product strategy.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 with:
-
Minimum 40% in Maths or Maths Literacy

Minimum 40% in English and one additional language

South African citizen, aged 18–35 years

Unemployed and not currently enrolled in any learnership or full-time study

No criminal record or adverse credit record
-
Must consent to background checks (ID, qualifications, criminal record)

Driver’s licence is advantageous

Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
