About the Role
Are you a service-oriented, organised individual who thrives in a busy, people-facing environment? St Cyprian’s School is seeking a Uniform Shop Manager to run our on-site uniform shop, which serves as a central hub for both new and second-hand uniforms for our school community.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, parents, and staff with warmth and professionalism

Manage daily shop operations, including sales and stock control

Oversee the handling and sale of new and second-hand uniforms

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain inventory and service quality

Guide any support staff or volunteers during shop hours

Maintain a clean, calm, and organised shop environment

Assist the Finance Team with accurate reporting and reconciliation
Minimum Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in a retail or shop supervisory role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

Proficient with POS systems, inventory software, and spreadsheets

(Experience with Humble or Pastel is an advantage)

Able to manage workload independently and calmly, especially in peak periods

Physically capable of lifting stock and refreshing displays

Flexible availability during busy times (e.g., term starts, school events)
