About IPP Mining Equipment Apprenticeship Programme 2026
IPP Mining Equipment’s Apprenticeship Programme aims to develop and empower future mining artisans through hands-on technical training and mentorship. This programme provides young South Africans passionate about the mining industry with practical experience, professional growth, and the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion.
What Apprentices Will Do:

Participate in structured internships and mentorship programmes

Learn to become competent, safety-conscious, and skilled artisans ready for industry standards
Requirements:
