Mr Price Money is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Call Centre Agents (New Accounts) to join their dynamic customer service team. As a key member of the team, you’ll ensure all customer inquiries, store card applications, correspondence, and employment verifications are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, correspondence, and requests timeously to provide excellent service and avoid backlogs.

Telephonically confirm employment and personal details for verification of store card applications.

Update customer information on debtor systems to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database.

Process store card applications across all Mr Price divisions (outbound agents only).

Review and assess customer financial documents to support account application decisions.

Communicate with customers to request missing documentation and guide them through completing their applications.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
-
1 year of call centre experience (new or existing customer accounts)

Understanding of relevant legislation: Consumer Protection Act, POPI Act, National Credit Act, ICASA regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Clear and professional communication skills
