About the Position
The King’s College & Preparatory School Bryanston is seeking to appoint an experienced GET & FET Afrikaans First Additional Language (FAL) Educator to join its dynamic teaching team. The ideal candidate will be innovative, passionate about education, and able to engage learners effectively in a stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities

Teach Afrikaans FAL in the GET and FET phases.

Design engaging lessons and maintain high academic standards.

Participate actively in extracurricular activities and school events.

Set, mark, and moderate assessments and examination papers.

Collaborate with staff to uphold the school’s K.I.N.G.S values and Christian ethos.
Minimum Requirements

A relevant teaching qualification and SACE registration.

Previous experience in a similar role (ISASA and IEB curriculum experience advantageous).

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Proficiency in Afrikaans; ability to teach an additional subject is a plus.
