Role Overview: College Maths Teacher – Head of Department
Uplands College seeks a passionate and dynamic Head of Maths. The ideal candidate embraces technology in the classroom, demonstrates a positive attitude, and is an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements

Professional teaching qualification and SACE registration.

Minimum of 5 years’ IEB teaching experience.

Experience as IEB marker, senior marker, moderator, or examiner is advantageous.

Previous academic department management experience is beneficial.

Strong knowledge and experience teaching Maths and Maths Literacy from Grade 8 to 12.

Experience teaching Further Studies Maths is advantageous.

Ability to work collaboratively and assist with general school duties.
