Core Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the sports programme and all sporting events

Teach Physical Education from Grades 8 to 12
-
Coach a variety of sports; referee/umpire as needed

Liaise with parents, students, and visitors

Handle sports equipment budgeting and inventory
-
Manage sports coaches and internal teams
-
Organise league matches, interhouse, and other school sports events
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Energetic, self-driven, and highly organised

Proficient in admin and computer literacy
-
Able to work independently and as part of a team

First Aid Training required (or willingness to complete)

Skilled in coaching and refereeing
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum: Degree or Diploma in Sports Management or Teaching Qualification with Physical Education

SACE registration advantageous
-
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Proven event organisation and sports coaching experience
