Job Description
The global client support group at Visa provides post-sales support, optimization, and training for Visa Inc.’s clients, including issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants worldwide. This involves working on day-to-day operations, customer support, performance reporting, and optimization analytics.

Key Responsibilities
During your internship, you may be involved in tasks like:

  • Responding to routine service and support inquiries from Visa client institutions.

  • Providing information and direction for customers regarding VisaNet Core Application Services, billing, and related queries.

  • Performing transaction and process research to identify and resolve technical or operational issues.

  • Completing accurate data entry and logging service requests and resolutions.

  • Collaborating with teams across the company to resolve client issues and improve operational efficiency.

  • Analyzing customer data for trends and insights.

  • Attending Client QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings for client insights.

Qualifications

  • Students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT, graduating in December 2026.

  • Available for a 3-month internship from June to August 2026.

  • Willingness to join a full-time role by January 2027.

  • No payments experience is required, but a desire to deliver best-in-class service is essential.

  • Exposure to the financial services/payments industry is preferred.

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

  • Superior analytical and financial analysis abilities.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-confidence.
