- Vodacom, in collaboration with the e-waste management industry, is offering a unique learnership opportunity for unemployed South African youth who are passionate about the environment and sustainability. This programme aims to equip participants with practical skills and industry knowledge in the e-waste recycling sector—a field that plays a critical role in addressing environmental pollution caused by electronic waste.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

Requirement Details Age 18 to 35 years old Education Grade 12 (Matric) with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science Residency Must reside in Gauteng and provide proof of residence Employment Status Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any programme Citizenship Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID Skills Basic computer literacy and good communication skills Personal Attributes Self-motivated, eager to learn, team player Background Must come from a disadvantaged background
