Key Responsibilities:

Ensure thorough preparation and stock levels before and during shifts.

Accurately perform ordering, serving, and billing per restaurant standards.

Assist kitchen management, following health & safety rules, and report equipment issues.

Support room service, bar, and banqueting functions as requested.

Prioritize excellent customer service.
-
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards.
Requirements:

Matric (NQF 4) with good English (verbal & written) and numeracy skills.
-
Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
-
Experience with Micros system, basic computer skills, and food preparation/service is a plus.
