RCL Malalane Workshop is seeking a skilled Welder to construct and repair steel and other metal components using various welding techniques. The role involves manufacturing and repairing agricultural equipment, trailers, and workshop structures while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4

Welder Qualification

3–5 years’ welding experience

Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service

Repair and manufacture agricultural equipment, trailers, and ancillary workshop equipment

Maintain efficient administration of job cards and material usage

Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work environment

Conduct weekly and monthly safety checks on equipment
-
Maintain welding and cutting equipment
-
Inspect structures or materials to be welded

Measure and cut materials to specifications
-
Perform welding using appropriate techniques, tools, and materials
