Position Summary
The Wellness Administrator will provide administrative and organisational support to the school’s Wellness Department, ensuring efficient coordination of wellness-related activities and maintaining a professional, confidential, and supportive environment for staff, students, and parents.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a school or medical suites environment

Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
-
Sexual Offenders Clearance Certificate (required for school employment)
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage multiple electronic diaries, screen calls, and adjust appointments as needed
-
Perform full secretarial duties including email management, typing, filing, photocopying, and minute-taking for confidential meetings

Assist in organising functions, booking venues, speakers, and catering
-
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Respond efficiently and calmly to emergencies or crises

Support the day-to-day functioning of the Wellness Department

Participate actively in the broader life of the school
