As part of our Youth Development Strategy, Momentum Investments offers multiple 12-month learnership opportunities for unemployed youth through the Youth Employment Services (YES) programme. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
Requirements
Applicants must:

Be South African citizens aged 18–25 years

Be unemployed at the time of application

Have never participated in the YES programme before

Hold relevant qualifications (Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate) in one of the following areas:

Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Audit

IT, Information Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Python/SQL, Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Intelligence

Investment Management
-
LLB
-
Learning & Development, Skills Development, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology

Have basic functional ability in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Duties & Responsibilities

Gain exposure across various departments within Momentum Investments (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Client Services, IT) depending on placement.

Demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative, and apply feedback to improve performance.

Uphold Momentum Investments’ values and represent the organisation professionally.

Engage in opportunities to develop personal and professional skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
