Role Overview

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition
  • Sell Office Automation (OA) and IT Enterprise solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations

Client Engagement

  • Understand client business needs and challenges
  • Provide tailored IT and OA solutions
  • Deliver proposals and solution demonstrations
  • Build trusted advisor relationships

Commercial & Deal Management

  • Structure profitable deals
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Manage deals from inception to payout
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on IT and OA market trends
  • Knowledge of products like:
    • Dell
    • Lenovo
    • HP
  • Provide market feedback to management

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
  • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking
  • Follow company processes and compliance

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in:
    • Office Automation OR
    • IT Solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales environment
  • Experience managing deals end-to-end
  • Knowledge of asset financing models
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
