Job Overview

The Graduate Municipal Engineer will assist in the design and coordination of civil infrastructure projects, working on medium to large-scale municipal developments.

This role is ideal for graduates looking to build a career in civil and municipal engineering.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design civil infrastructure including:
    • Roads
    • Stormwater systems
    • Water and sanitation networks
  • Work on township, commercial, and industrial developments
  • Prepare and review technical reports
  • Assist with technical contract documentation
  • Investigate engineering challenges and recommend solutions
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems
  • Collaborate with team members on project delivery

Minimum Requirements

  • BSc Engineering (Civil) or BEng (Civil)
  • 0–3 years experience in civil infrastructure design
  • Experience in:
    • Township infrastructure projects (advantage)
  • Knowledge of:
    • Greenfield and brownfield projects
