🧠 Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Support enterprise development and farmer support initiatives
- Assist with coordination of community programmes
- Engage with stakeholders (farmers, communities, internal teams)
- Capture and manage project and beneficiary data
- Assist with financial administration and budget tracking
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation
- Support compliance, monitoring, and reporting processes
- Conduct basic research and data analysis
- Provide general admin support to the department
- Participate in training, mentorship, and assessments
🎓 Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must have:
- Matric / Grade 12
- A University Degree (2024 or 2025) in:
- Agriculture
- Agribusiness
- Economics
- Development Studies
- Rural Development
- Or related field
- Strong computer literacy (MS Excel & Word)
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
🚗 Advantage: Valid driver’s licence
