🌾 Job Duties
🌱 Crop Production
- Irrigation of crops
- Soil cultivation and preparation (hoeing, cleaning, etc.)
- Applying chemical crop protection (e.g. knapsack spraying)
- Harvesting, grading, weighing, packing, and storing produce
- Tending crops, orchards, and vineyards (pruning, weeding, etc.)
🧹 General Farm Maintenance
- Cleaning farm facilities
- Disposal of farm waste
- Maintenance of tools and equipment (cleaning, oiling, sharpening)
- Firefighting and fire prevention support
- Loading and off-loading farm supplies
🏗️ Infrastructure Maintenance
- Maintaining fences, shade houses, and greenhouses
- Maintaining irrigation and water supply systems
