📌 Key Responsibilities
🏭 Production Support
- Monitor production processing parameters
- Document engineering change reports
- Set up production line standards
- Monitor scrap and reject rates
- Assist with plant trials
- Ensure production checklists are completed
🧪 Quality Control
- Assist with development of new products and formulations
- Test incoming raw materials (FIFO system)
- Report production results via SharePoint
- Maintain quality standards and compliance
⚠️ Safety
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Promote and follow safe working practices
- Support safety compliance in production areas
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- National Diploma in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Full MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
