🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a Junior IT Technician, you will:
- 🖥️ Provide first-line technical support (hardware, software & network issues)
- 🔧 Set up and configure laptops, printers, and IT equipment
- 📡 Monitor and maintain internal IT systems
- 🤝 Work with the IT team to improve systems and processes
- 🎫 Manage support tickets within SLA timelines
- 🚀 Assist with IT projects (system upgrades & migrations)
- 📋 Maintain records of IT assets and support activities
- 📚 Stay updated with new technologies and trends
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in IT support or technician role
- Basic knowledge of:
- Hardware & software
- Networking
- Operating systems
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems & remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Understanding of IT security best practices
