This role is ideal for an experienced professional in retail planning, FMCG supply chain, and merchandise forecasting.
You will play a key role in ensuring the right stock is available at the right time to maximise sales and profitability.

📈 Merchandise Planning
- Develop annual sales, profit & inventory plans
- Review and adjust plans on an ongoing basis
- Ensure alignment with business operating plans
📦 Stock & Inventory Management
- Plan inventory flow into stores
- Set initial allocation quantities for product launches
- Order new releases and forecasted stock
- Manage replenishment of catalogue products
📉 Performance Analysis
- Analyse sales, inventory and operational data
- Track performance against financial targets
- Provide insights to improve business decisions
👥 Team & Business Support
- Support planning and forecasting processes
- Contribute to team development and performance
- Collaborate with buying and supply chain teams
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- 🎓 B.Com Degree (Essential)
- 📊 Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG retail or planning roles
