Al Baraka Bank is looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the Financial Director.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in administration, executive support, and corporate coordination, especially within a fast-paced banking environment.


🧠 Key Responsibilities

📅 Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage diary, meetings, and appointments
  • Screen calls and manage communication
  • Draft emails and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents (filing, scanning, emailing)
  • Prepare presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Organize meetings (teleconference & video conference)
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure feedback is provided

📂 Administrative Duties

  • Compile and manage EXCO reports
  • Upload reports to internal systems
  • Prepare meeting packs (Finance, IT, Projects Committees)
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Process payment requisitions
  • Coordinate Board, Audit, Risk & Ethics submissions
  • Maintain agendas and updates on Microsoft Teams
  • Track and coordinate project activities

🔄 Relief Duties

  • Provide support to Executive Office when required

🎓 Minimum Requirements

  • ✅ Certificate in Secretarial / Administration

💼 Experience Required

  • 4–5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary
  • Experience in banking or corporate environment (advantage)

📚 Skills & Knowledge

  • Microsoft Office (Advanced)
  • Strong administrative & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial systems (advantage)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
